A previous industrial yarn spinning mill within close proximity to the town centre.

Phase 2 office development following the successful development and pre- letting of the adjacent site – The Courtyard.

A Speculative scheme which retained elements of the existing building that had architectural/historical importance. A new build element (60%) was incorporated into the design to create a modern office environment within a building of considerable style character. The old northern light elevations were saved and provided a terraced area between the same and the new build.

A new central 4 storey glass atrium was created to link the old and new buildings and a light-weight glass structure was constructed on the most upper floor.

60% of the building was let during the construction period with the remainder following shortly thereafter.
