David Scholes

David started at Global Mutual in 2022 and is responsible for Asset Management of Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre.

David previously worked at Savills and Intu, where he was also Senior Asset Manager responsible for Manchester Arndale Shopping centre. Prior to this, he worked as Senior Regional Surveyor at National Car Parks where he was responsible for all Property asset management for South of UK.

David studied Estate Management at Salford University and received his RICS membership in 2006
