Joshua Blatt

Josh joined Global Mutual in 2023 as an Asset Manager.
His previous experience includes roles at the Crown Estate as a Customer Partnerships Manager, providing leasing and asset management advice across the Regent Street and St James’s retail portfolios. Prior to this Josh worked at CBRE as a tenant rep agent in the Central London retail agency team as an Associate Director acquiring stores for a number of premium and luxury retail clients. Josh began his career at Cushman Wakefield from 2008-2018 where he worked across the Valuations, Property Management, Corporate Services and Central London Retail Leasing teams.
