Javier Batlle

Javier is the Managing Director of Global Mutual Hotels.

Prior to joining Global Mutual, Javier founded Okami Hospitality Partners, a specialist hotel investment and asset management firm. He also served as head of acquisitions for a hospitality platform led by BlackRock and was the director in charge of the hospitality advisory team for Spain and Portugal at Christie & Co. He began his career in real estate investment and asset management for a family office.

Javier holds a BSc in Hotel Management from Ramon Llull University, an MBA from EADA Business School and Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, a Professional Development Program in Real Estate and Hotel Investments from Cornell University, and a Master’s-level certificate from the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School.
