Luke Daniels – US

Co-founder & Managing Partner of GM Residential Partners LLC (GMRP) and a seasoned leader in the multifamily and residential real estate industries. With over 25 years of experience, Luke has a proven track record of success in site selection and acquisition, team building, project entitlements, design, management, and capitalization.
Prior to co-founding GMRP, Daniels was President at Anton DevCo’s Southern California regional office. During his time at Anton, he oversaw all aspects of the business and played a critical role in the development of several successful multifamily housing communities.
Before joining Anton, Luke was the President of The Richman Group of California and the Managing Director for Trammell Crow Residential in Southern California. He has successfully capitalized and developed over 6,000 multifamily units and over 150,000 square feet of ground floor commercial properties, totalling a value of over $2.0 billion.
Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
