Michael Yanicelli – US

Co-founder & Managing Partner of GM Residential Partners LLC (GMRP) and a skilled real estate professional. With over 25 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record in the development and acquisition of multifamily housing communities.
Prior to co-founding GMRP, Michael was Managing Director for Anton DevCo. In this role, he led development-related activities in Southern California and Arizona. He also provided leadership in strategic planning and helped manage Anton’s development platform.
Before joining Anton, Michael led development activities for industry-leading development platforms at StreetLights Residential and Alliance Residential Company. He has a successful track record of identifying, capitalizing, and executing development opportunities, and carries expertise in all aspects of the real estate development process.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Southern Methodist University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
