Pol Amills

Pol is a Principal of Global Mutual Hotels.

He joined Global Mutual Hotels in 2024, where he is responsible for sourcing deals, executing transactions, and developing work-out strategies.

Before joining Global Mutual Hotels, Pol led the special situations investment and asset management team at Urban Input Group, a Spanish operating partner, where he managed approximately €600 million in assets under management.

Pol holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from UPC and an International Executive MBA from ESADE Business School. He also served as chair of the Barcelona chapter of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders until 2022.
