Whit brings 10 years of experience from Public Storage (NYSE:PSA), where he sourced, identified, and managed the acquisition of over 700 storage facilities ($10b+ total volume).
Whit has an extensive national network of brokers, developers and operators as well as data driven, on-the-ground, in-depth knowledge of the local markets where value can be created, and which will be accretive to REITs and other large institutional investors.
