Mark Carrington

Mark joined Global Mutual in 2021 and has joint responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Company with a focus on existing mandates and growth strategies.

Prior to Global Mutual, Mark was Head of UK Real Estate Asset Management at Goldman Sachs, responsible for a broad range of joint ventures across traditional and alternative sectors focusing on asset and operational performance, platform value creation and liquidity. This notably included iQ Student Accommodation, a GS portfolio company that was successfully exited in 2020.

Mark has had various pan-European asset, investment and fund management roles since leaving CBRE in 2001 including 11 years spent at Valad Property Group.

He graduated from De Montfort University with a BSc (Hons) in Land Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
