Our portfolio currently comprises 4 shopping malls, 3 retail parks and 3 high-street blocks across the UK, Continental Europe and the USA covering 3 million square feet.

Our team has extensive experience as retail real estate investors and operators, retailers and textile manufacturers. This allows us to successfully operate and create value from retail malls and parks across geographies and quality spectrums throughout the economic cycle.

Our current investment strategies are:

• Buying assets with short term lease event opportunities in order to create value through active asset management
• Buying assets in markets with a strong demand supply imbalance
